What is a Flexi Ticket?

Flexi Ticket is an optional service you can add when you book  your ticket .

It allows you to return part or all of your purchased ticket up to 4 weeks before the event (or before tickets are sent to the venue) – no reason required. In return, you’ll get a ticket coupon equal to the face value of the returned ticket(s).

How it works

1. Add Flexi Ticket at checkout. When you place an order, you can always add the Flexi Ticket service for the tickets in your cart.
2. Change of plans? If something comes up, contact customer support (with your order number) and let us know which tickets you want to return.
3. Ticket coupons are issued promptly. After the return, you’ll receive a ticket coupon for the value of the returned tickets. You can use it on a future purchase.

Key points & conditions

• The Flexi Ticket service does not cover the cost of the Flexi Ticket add-on itself or any ticket-management fees.
• Returns must be done up to 4 weeks before the event or before the tickets to the venue are sent - whichever comes first.
• You do not need to give any reason for returning the ticket. No extra documentation needed.
• You can return part of your ticket order (e.g. if you bought 4 tickets and only need to return 2).
