ENTERING THE CIRCUIT

• Please expect your luggage to be checked at the entrance. Find out what you can take with you and what you should leave at home. Whether it's merchandise or food and drink, we recommend that you do not try to deceive the organisers or the security staff. If you are found with a prohibited item, it will be confiscated and disposed of. In extreme cases, you may even be refused entry.

Closest gates to each grandstand 

• Gate 1 – Grandstands B, G, C, T10 and General Admission areas between Turns 9 and 10
• Gate 2 – Grandstand H
• Gate 3 – Main Grandstand
• Gates 4 and 5 – Grandstands J, K, E, F
• Gate 6 – Grandstands A, T1
• Gate 7 – Grandstands N, S, S2, L, M and General Admission areas between Turns 3 and 8

Important Note: These gate recommendations are based on proximity to each grandstand and are intended to help you choose the most convenient entry point. However, other gates may be similarly close, especially depending on where you park or arrive from. Always check the circuit map and signage on site for the best route.

Tickets

• You can only enter the circuit with a valid ticket, which can be either electronic or printed. Check availability and make sure to purchase your tickets in advance. Our recommendation is simple: keep your ticket on your mobile phone for easy access. However, it is also a good idea to carry a printed backup in case your phone runs out of battery. Ideally, you will not even need to take it out of your pocket, but it is always best to be prepared.
• We recommend booking your tickets online. It takes less than two minutes. Check out the best prices here and don't wait, some are already sold out! You can choose from reserved grandstand seats, general admission to the natural grandstands without a seat reservation, or one of the exclusive VIP packages.

Parking

• From 2024, all car parking must be booked online in advance. You’ll need to create a profile and enter your license plate number. No physical sticker is needed as access is managed by license plate recognition.
• Parking costs €49.50 for all three days. Motorbikes and vehicles with a Blue Card (for disabled access) park for free, but spaces are limited and first-come, first-served.
• Without a valid parking ticket, entry by private car is not allowed. Tickets will not be sold at the venue. So make sure you book in advance! You can find an easy-to-follow parking guide here.

Opening hours of the circuit

Circuit area
Gates at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya usually open on Friday and Saturday at 07:30, and Sunday at 06:30. On Thursday, Gate 3 is typically the only gate open for the Pit Walk, and it opens shortly beforehand.

Parking 
The circuit car parks generally open at 7:00 on Friday and Saturday, and at 6:00 on Sunday. The car parks are closed at night, and overnight parking is not allowed.
